INPP5B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, INPP5B RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,679 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible INPP5B-associated genes across cancer lineages are THRAP3, SCMH1, and PIKFYVE. Each is linked with INPP5B in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both INPP5B-to-partner and partner-to-INPP5B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (INPP5B→partner) and Y-score (partner→INPP5B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
