INPP5A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, INPP5A RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,047 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible INPP5A-associated genes across cancer lineages are RAB11FIP2, BTRC, and ZRANB1. Each is linked with INPP5A in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both INPP5A-to-partner and partner-to-INPP5A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, INPP5A versus RAB11FIP2 in THYM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.73.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (INPP5A→partner) and Y-score (partner→INPP5A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
