INPP5A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, INPP5A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 21,116 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible INPP5A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SLK, ABLIM1, and NHLRC2. Each is linked with INPP5A in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both INPP5A-to-partner and partner-to-INPP5A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, INPP5A versus SLK in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (INPP5A→partner) and Y-score (partner→INPP5A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
