Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, INPP5A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,023 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible INPP5A-associated genes across cancer lineages are WFDC1, ASPA, and CCDC18. Each is linked with INPP5A in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both INPP5A-to-partner and partner-to-INPP5A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, INPP5A versus WFDC1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (INPP5A→partner) and Y-score (partner→INPP5A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
