Across TCGA patient cohorts, INPP5A mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 47 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible INPP5A-associated genes across cancer lineages are ERK2, MEK1, and NF2. Each is linked with INPP5A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both INPP5A-to-partner and partner-to-INPP5A results are reported.
