Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, INPP5A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible INPP5A-associated genes across cancer lineages are LIPM, ACER1, and BPIFA1. Each is linked with INPP5A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both INPP5A-to-partner and partner-to-INPP5A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LIPM grouped by INPP5A-low versus INPP5A-high in SOFT_TISSUE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (INPP5A→partner) and Y-score (partner→INPP5A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
