INPP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, INPP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 188 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible INPP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR51G1, SPANXN5, and RNA5SP205. Each is linked with INPP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both INPP1-to-partner and partner-to-INPP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR51G1 grouped by INPP1-low versus INPP1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (INPP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→INPP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
