INPP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, INPP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,776 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible INPP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SERPINB8, STK39, and MFSD6. Each is linked with INPP1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both INPP1-to-partner and partner-to-INPP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, INPP1 versus SERPINB8 in BLOOD_Lymphoma, with a Pearson correlation of 0.69.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (INPP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→INPP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
