Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, INO80E Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated INO80E data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), where higher INO80E Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated INO80E expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
CESC, UCEC, and BLCA are the cancer types where INO80E Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
