Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, INO80E mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated INO80E data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher INO80E mass-spec protein is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated INO80E expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LSCC show a favorable association.
LUAD, CCRCC, and LSCC are the cancer types where INO80E mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
