The most reproducible INO80B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cytoplasmic translational initiation, Glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate metabolic process, and Copper ion export. Each is linked with INO80B in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both INO80B-to-partner and partner-to-INO80B results are reported.
