Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, INKA2-AS1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 23 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated INKA2-AS1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher INKA2-AS1 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated INKA2-AS1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as CESC and LGG show a favorable association.

ACC, COAD, and MESO are the cancer types where INKA2-AS1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
