INHBE

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, INHBE RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,821 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible INHBE-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SHMT2, XPO5, and RCN2. Each is linked with INHBE in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both INHBE-to-partner and partner-to-INHBE results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, INHBE versus SHMT2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (INHBE→partner) and Y-score (partner→INHBE) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
