INHBC

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, INHBC mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 387 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible INHBC-associated genes across cancer lineages are CADM4, CORO1C, and SZRD1. Each is linked with INHBC in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both INHBC-to-partner and partner-to-INHBC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CADM4 grouped by INHBC-low versus INHBC-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (INHBC→partner) and Y-score (partner→INHBC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
