INHBA

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, INHBA mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,222 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible INHBA-associated genes across cancer lineages are NDUFC1, FAM177A1, and CALHM6. Each is linked with INHBA in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both INHBA-to-partner and partner-to-INHBA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NDUFC1 grouped by INHBA-low versus INHBA-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (INHBA→partner) and Y-score (partner→INHBA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
