INHBA

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, INHBA mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 41 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible INHBA-associated genes across cancer lineages are ERK2, FoxM1, and Tuberin. Each is linked with INHBA in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both INHBA-to-partner and partner-to-INHBA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ERK2 grouped by INHBA-low versus INHBA-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (INHBA→partner) and Y-score (partner→INHBA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
