INHBA

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, INHBA mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. PANCREAS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible INHBA-associated genes across cancer lineages are GZMK, GJA10, and OR2K2. Each is linked with INHBA in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both INHBA-to-partner and partner-to-INHBA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GZMK grouped by INHBA-low versus INHBA-high in PANCREAS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (INHBA→partner) and Y-score (partner→INHBA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
