INHA

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, INHA mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible INHA-associated genes across cancer lineages are MSH2, PKC-b-II_pS660, and MEK1. Each is linked with INHA in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both INHA-to-partner and partner-to-INHA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MSH2 grouped by INHA-low versus INHA-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (INHA→partner) and Y-score (partner→INHA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
