ING3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ING3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 51 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ING3-associated genes across cancer lineages are FASN, Cyclin-E2, and GSK-3_pS9. Each is linked with ING3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ING3-to-partner and partner-to-ING3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FASN grouped by ING3-low versus ING3-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ING3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ING3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
