ING2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ING2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,047 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ING2-associated genes across cancer lineages are GPRC5B, NEDD9, and C12orf29. Each is linked with ING2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ING2-to-partner and partner-to-ING2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ING2 versus GPRC5B in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.60.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ING2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ING2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
