ING2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ING2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 303 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ING2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-1026P, MIR7-2, and MIR562. Each is linked with ING2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ING2-to-partner and partner-to-ING2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-1026P grouped by ING2-low versus ING2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ING2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ING2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
