ING1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ING1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,691 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ING1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP158, RNU6-961P, and SMARCE1P1. Each is linked with ING1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ING1-to-partner and partner-to-ING1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP158 grouped by ING1-low versus ING1-high in HNSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ING1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ING1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
