ING1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ING1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 47 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ING1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MSH6, PDCD4, and Rab11. Each is linked with ING1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ING1-to-partner and partner-to-ING1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MSH6 grouped by ING1-low versus ING1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ING1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ING1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
