INCA1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, INCA1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,510 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible INCA1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CD2BP2, METTL16, and GLOD4. Each is linked with INCA1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both INCA1-to-partner and partner-to-INCA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (INCA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→INCA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
