INAVA

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, INAVA mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,444 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible INAVA-associated genes across cancer lineages are GPX6, SRP14P2, and FAM200B. Each is linked with INAVA in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both INAVA-to-partner and partner-to-INAVA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GPX6 grouped by INAVA-low versus INAVA-high in SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (INAVA→partner) and Y-score (partner→INAVA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
