Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, INAFM2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,936 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible INAFM2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are C1QA, C1QB, and PPM1F. Each is linked with INAFM2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both INAFM2-to-partner and partner-to-INAFM2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, INAFM2 versus C1QA in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (INAFM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→INAFM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
