Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, INA Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated INA data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher INA Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated INA expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as COAD and LUSC show a favorable association.
LUAD, COAD, and LUSC are the cancer types where INA Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
