INA

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, INA RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,966 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible INA-associated proteins across cancer lineages are STMN1_S38, SERPINB1, and SSH3. Each is linked with INA in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both INA-to-partner and partner-to-INA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, INA versus STMN1_S38 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (INA→partner) and Y-score (partner→INA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
