INA

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, INA mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,438 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible INA-associated genes across cancer lineages are EIF3JP1, OR2AT2P, and RN7SL267P. Each is linked with INA in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both INA-to-partner and partner-to-INA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EIF3JP1 grouped by INA-low versus INA-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (INA→partner) and Y-score (partner→INA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
