INA

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, INA mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible INA-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR5H6, OOSP4B, and TBC1D3H. Each is linked with INA in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both INA-to-partner and partner-to-INA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR5H6 grouped by INA-low versus INA-high in LUNG_SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (INA→partner) and Y-score (partner→INA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
