IMPG2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IMPG2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 61 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IMPG2-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cyclin-B1, FoxM1, and 4E-BP1. Each is linked with IMPG2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IMPG2-to-partner and partner-to-IMPG2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cyclin-B1 grouped by IMPG2-low versus IMPG2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IMPG2→partner) and Y-score (partner→IMPG2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
