IMPG2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, IMPG2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 207 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IMPG2-associated genes across cancer lineages are BPIFB6, NXPH2, and OR8D1. Each is linked with IMPG2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IMPG2-to-partner and partner-to-IMPG2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BPIFB6 grouped by IMPG2-low versus IMPG2-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IMPG2→partner) and Y-score (partner→IMPG2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
