Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, IMPG1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,374 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible IMPG1-associated genes across cancer lineages are WASF2, SAAL1, and EIF1AD. Each is linked with IMPG1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IMPG1-to-partner and partner-to-IMPG1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, WASF2 grouped by IMPG1-low versus IMPG1-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IMPG1→partner) and Y-score (partner→IMPG1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
