IMPG1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, IMPG1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 336 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IMPG1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MOGS, LY6G6F, and OR4S1. Each is linked with IMPG1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IMPG1-to-partner and partner-to-IMPG1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MOGS grouped by IMPG1-low versus IMPG1-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IMPG1→partner) and Y-score (partner→IMPG1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
