Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, IMPDH2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated IMPDH2 data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher IMPDH2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated IMPDH2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
UCEC and SKCM are the cancer types where IMPDH2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
