IMPDH2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IMPDH2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,474 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IMPDH2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL29, GNL3, and ATRIP. Each is linked with IMPDH2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IMPDH2-to-partner and partner-to-IMPDH2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, IMPDH2 versus RPL29 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.29.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IMPDH2→partner) and Y-score (partner→IMPDH2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
