Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, IMPDH1P5 RNA is linked to patient survival in 23 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated IMPDH1P5 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher IMPDH1P5 RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated IMPDH1P5 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BRCA and HNSC show a favorable association.

BRCA, HNSC, and LIHC are the cancer types where IMPDH1P5 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
