Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, IMPDH1P2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated IMPDH1P2 data layer compared with 16 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in sarcoma (SARC), where higher IMPDH1P2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated IMPDH1P2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
SARC are the cancer types where IMPDH1P2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
