IMPACT

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IMPACT RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,444 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IMPACT-associated proteins across cancer lineages are IMPACT_S297, NARS1, and RPRD1A. Each is linked with IMPACT in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IMPACT-to-partner and partner-to-IMPACT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, IMPACT versus IMPACT_S297 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.84.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IMPACT→partner) and Y-score (partner→IMPACT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
