IMPACT

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IMPACT protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,892 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IMPACT-associated genes across cancer lineages are OSBPL1A, RBBP8, and CDK5RAP1. Each is linked with IMPACT in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IMPACT-to-partner and partner-to-IMPACT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, IMPACT versus OSBPL1A in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IMPACT→partner) and Y-score (partner→IMPACT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
