IMPA1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, IMPA1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IMPA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SCGB1C2, KCNK17, and KIR2DS4. Each is linked with IMPA1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IMPA1-to-partner and partner-to-IMPA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SCGB1C2 grouped by IMPA1-low versus IMPA1-high in LUNG_SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IMPA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→IMPA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
