IMP4

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IMP4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,763 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IMP4-associated genes across cancer lineages are MYBL2, HROB, and AURKA. Each is linked with IMP4 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IMP4-to-partner and partner-to-IMP4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, IMP4 versus MYBL2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IMP4→partner) and Y-score (partner→IMP4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
