IMP4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IMP4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 444 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IMP4-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPS6P20, RNA5SP502, and EIF3JP1. Each is linked with IMP4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IMP4-to-partner and partner-to-IMP4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPS6P20 grouped by IMP4-low versus IMP4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IMP4→partner) and Y-score (partner→IMP4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
