IMMTP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IMMTP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,461 significant associations in total. OV shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IMMTP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TOP2B, ZFP36L1, and S100A14. Each is linked with IMMTP1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IMMTP1-to-partner and partner-to-IMMTP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, IMMTP1 versus TOP2B in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IMMTP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→IMMTP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
