IMMT

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IMMT mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,301 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IMMT-associated genes across cancer lineages are TAPT1-AS1, FGF21, and ZWINT. Each is linked with IMMT in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IMMT-to-partner and partner-to-IMMT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TAPT1-AS1 grouped by IMMT-low versus IMMT-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IMMT→partner) and Y-score (partner→IMMT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
