IMMP2L

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IMMP2L RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,408 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IMMP2L-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PUS7, COPG1, and MEPCE. Each is linked with IMMP2L in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IMMP2L-to-partner and partner-to-IMMP2L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IMMP2L→partner) and Y-score (partner→IMMP2L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
