IMMP2L

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IMMP2L protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,160 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IMMP2L-associated genes across cancer lineages are EIF2B5, PHF5A, and TNNC2. Each is linked with IMMP2L in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IMMP2L-to-partner and partner-to-IMMP2L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IMMP2L→partner) and Y-score (partner→IMMP2L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
