Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, IMMP1LP2 RNA is linked to patient survival in 17 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated IMMP1LP2 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in testicular germ cell tumors (TGCT), where higher IMMP1LP2 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated IMMP1LP2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as MESO and ESCA show a favorable association.

TGCT, LGG, and MESO are the cancer types where IMMP1LP2 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
