Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, IMMP1L Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated IMMP1L data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher IMMP1L Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated IMMP1L expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
HNSC, COAD, and PRAD are the cancer types where IMMP1L Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
