IMMP1L

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IMMP1L RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,134 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IMMP1L-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ARPC2, ARPC5, and SH3BGRL3. Each is linked with IMMP1L in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IMMP1L-to-partner and partner-to-IMMP1L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, IMMP1L versus ARPC2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IMMP1L→partner) and Y-score (partner→IMMP1L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
